Bicycle hire

Here are a few things to know about hiring your bike:

1. Bike hire is reserved for adults only, with the subsequent issue of a valid identity document.
2. When the bike is handed over, its functional status will be checked.
3. The hirer must use the bicycle in such a way as to avoid damage, both to the bicycle and its accessories (baskets, seats, stands, etc.) as well as to the lock provided. The bicycle must be locked whenever the bicycle is left unattended.
4. Any theft or damage shall be charged to hirers as follows: City bike € 300.00 - Mountain bike € 1,000 / € 2,000 - EBike € 3,000.00.
5. The user is liable for any damage caused to himself/herself, to the bike, to third parties and to property while using the bike. No form of compensation can be claimed from the operator. During the use of the bicycle, the user does not enjoy any form of insurance nor is the bicycle covered by insurance. The User is obliged to comply with the Highway Code. The Managing Company shall not be liable in the event of improper use of the bike or failure to comply with the Highway Code.
